Trophée Mille Italia took place on 13/14/15 October inside Host Milano at the stand of the Italian Chefs Federation.

3 chefs and pastry chefs were on hand to guide and pass on their passion. At the end of the competition, they chose the best team to win the Mille Italie Trophy.
