Trophée Mille

Since 2023, the Federation of Italian Chefs (FIC) has organized an Italian national selection for the Trophée Mille.

The last edition took place on December 11, 2024 at the CAST school in Brescia.

3 chefs and pastry chefs were on hand to guide and pass on their passion. At the end of the competition, they chose the best team to win the Mille Italie Trophy.
