Depuis 2023, la Fédération des Chefs Italiens (FIC) organise une sélection nationale italienne du Trophée Mille.

La prochaine édition aura lieu le 11 novembre 2024 à l’école CAST de Brescia.

3 Chefs et pâtissiers étaient présents pour guider et transmettre leur passion. À l’issue de la compétition, ils ont choisi la meilleure équipe pour remporter le Trophée Mille Italie.
