The Trophée Mille is a gastronomic competition, supported by the Grand Est region and sponsored by Philippe Mille, Chef of the restaurant Arbane in Reims and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011.
For the 14th consecutive year, the Trophée Mille is open to all CFA Interprofessional apprentices and to students from hotel schools throughout France and abroad.
The purpose of this contest is to highlight the talent and motivation of young passionate about cooking and service, while paying tribute to the wealth of regional gastronomic heritage.
France, Poland, Czech Republic and Italy organize their national selection each year to designate the team which will participate in the Trophée Mille International in Reims. And you? Contact us to organize your selection!
At each edition, the Trophée Mille France welcomes more than 300 college students in a space dedicated to the discovery of hotel and restaurant careers.
Demonstrations and playful workshops held by regional high schools are organized to offer young participants an enriching and educating experience!
